The Atlanta Thrashers are one of the youngest clubs in the prestigious National Hockey League. With steady improvements each year and a growing fan base the team has worked its way to playoff contender.

The Atlanta Thrashers called upon Cyberteks Design to develop all of the applications for its interactive zone. We developed two unique games, the hockey shootout game and the puzzle game. Both Flash games are packed with Atlanta Thrashers players and logos, interactive animation and sound effects. We also developed several Atlanta Thrashers e-cards for Thrashers fans to send to one another. Each e-card features one of the Thrashers most popular players.

The most impressive application we created for the Atlanta Thrashers was their Live Desktop. The Live Desktop builds on the universally accepted and widely used personal computer screensaver that historically has been able to offer only non-current information and images. Live Desktop takes screensavers to the next level using Macromedia Flash, database integration, push and pull technology to deliver dynamic, ever-changing, always-current multimedia displays that are constantly updated by remote Internet Server.

The technology used in developing the Live Desktop can be used as a marketing tool for many organizations throughout the world. It delivers rotating content you want the consumer to see to the consumer's screen with no action required. The content is refreshed approximately every 30 seconds.
