The London Knights OHL Major Junior A hockey club was founded in 1965. In the 2004-05 season the team rewrote the OHL and CHL records books on their way to winning the OHL and Memorial Cup championships.

In 2001 the team was purchased by former NHLers Mark and Dale Hunter. The pair had a bold new vision for the team and as a result they chose Cyberteks Design to regenerate the teams' online presence. Today the site is not just one of the most robust web sites in the CHL, but one of the most comprehensive hockey team sites in the world.

The web site delivers a cutting-edge customizable design that the user can tailor to their liking. Users can customize the look of the site with their favorite player and even add their name and jersey number to the website. The site offers the utmost in interactivity including a database driven Flash event calendar, Flash games, fan forum, Flash animated e-cards, wallpapers and much more. The front page of the site provides fans with quick access to league wide standings, player statistics and the latest London Knights news. Also featured is a full Flash interactive arena map that lets fans preview the view they will have of the action. Photos have been provided for every seating section of the John Labatt Centre.

The London Knights web site also hosts a Memorial Cup micro site. This website features up to date news, schedules, standings, statistics and gamesheets to keep fans up to date throughout the CHL tournament. We have also created a London Knights email newsletter which is administered by London Knights staff. The London Knights use an intuitive administration menu to construct a newsletter which automatically includes the latest news, scores and upcoming games. With a click of a button the newsletter is sent to every fan who has signed up via the online form. Another innovative feature of the web site is the ability to sign up for wireless updates. By registering online you can have the scores from every London Knights game sent directly to your cell phone.
