The Township of Lucan Biddulph was formed on January 1, 1999 with the amalgamation of the former Village of Lucan and the Township of Biddulph. The township is situated at the north end of the County of Middlesex, a mere 15 minutes north of the City of London.

The Township of Lucan Biddulph has seen substantial growth in recent years and the board called upon Cyberteks Design to develop their web site to reflect this. We delivered a dynamic Flash enhanced web site with a progressive design. A unique database driven event calendar displays council meetings, committee meetings, special meetings and community events. Web site users can sign up to receive the Township of Lucan Biddulph newsletter. In addtion, we have developed an advanced content management system allowing the township staff to manage their own content. This powerful administration system reduces the township's maintenance costs significantly.
