Softball Canada is recognized by the International Softball Federation and the Government of Canada as the exclusive national sport governing body for softball in Canada. An 8 member Board of Directors, elected by the 13 Provincial/Territorial softball associations, governs the work of the association. They are supported by 8 staff members in the national office in Ottawa.

This bilingual site features Flash animations, a comprehensive event caledar, league finder and news scroller. The website also uses a multi-level navigation system and the client is able to manage their own content through an advanced content management system.
